IMEDIART is a site encouraging a community spirit, one of artistic confrontation and sale by auction, setting up relations between art lovers, private collectors, artists, and professionals, all of whom are passionately interested in Art, enabling them to share information about the passion they have in common and, possibly, to exchange, sell or buy collector items and/or works or art.

The entry and consulting of advertisements on the site are free of charge.

To buy or sell you simply need to enroll. IMEDIART is totally confidential and maintains your anonymity.

IMEDIART agrees not to intervene directly in the payment of any object or works of art proposed on the site or in their delivery.

It is prohibited to sell any illegal objects. Any fraud will be penalized immediately by the exclusion of any person not complying with this rule from the site, and for once and for all.

The user is fully responsible and proprietor of any information supplied to us from the beginning to the end of the sale. Accordingly, IMEDIART cannot intervene for any modification or change in the contents of the information except at the request of the user.

IMEDIART cannot be held responsible for any disputed or fraudulent transactions between the buyer/seller parties during a sale by auction on the site because IMEDIART acts only as electronic intermediary.

His checking of the authenticity and legality of each of the objects put on sale, and their good condition.

The fact that the description of the object put on sale corresponds accurately to the description that the buyer will receive once the sale has gone through.

His not raising the bidding for his personal auction sales.

His finding a reliable and speedy method of delivery.

As concerns the transporter, his insuring each object so as to avoid any disputes on delivery, for instance, if damage occurs during transport, so that the buyer may possibly be refunded.

The buyer agrees to:

Fulfill his legal commitment by paying into the cellar of the object or the work, the set amount as defined on the close of bidding.

Make the necessary payment in strict agreement with the sales conditions established with the seller and to comply with them.

In all cases:

IMEDIART offers a help and consulting service to assist you in the event of disputes occurring between the two parties .
